張志毅，男，筆名【寒石】。中共黨員、研究生學(xué)歷、甘肅省武威市人�，F(xiàn)為國(guó)家一級(jí)美術(shù)師、《東方藝術(shù)天地》藝術(shù)顧問(wèn)。甘肅省武威市書法家協(xié)會(huì)理事、中國(guó)華夏萬(wàn)里行書法家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國(guó)書畫家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、影響中國(guó)書畫院副院長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)民族建筑研究會(huì)藝專委理事會(huì)副主席。其作品先后多次在全國(guó)獲獎(jiǎng)。特別是2013年參加了國(guó)藝瑞京書畫院在全國(guó)舉辦的‘長(zhǎng)江頌’古今名家名作書畫作品上海邀請(qǐng)展，在這次展會(huì)上他書寫的橫條中堂經(jīng)全國(guó)名家評(píng)選，榮獲“金獎(jiǎng)”。授予‘中國(guó)現(xiàn)代書畫百家’榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)，榮膺中國(guó)現(xiàn)代最具投資潛力書法家榮譽(yù)。并聘任為國(guó)藝瑞京書畫院主席團(tuán)名譽(yù)主席、國(guó)藝瑞京井岡山創(chuàng)作基地名譽(yù)主任兼客座教授。2015年他的四尺整張中堂作品又被收入世界張氏百名書法家主題作品集。2016年他的十多幅書法作品被選入國(guó)家藝術(shù)頻道全國(guó)書畫名家展1281期。2016年在中國(guó)好品牌藝術(shù)人物榜網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)選活動(dòng)中被評(píng)為品牌影響力書法家。同年、他應(yīng)中國(guó)中外名人文化研究會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)之邀、 有二十多幅書法作品入編有我國(guó)藝壇最為杰出書畫大師參加的、由中國(guó)書協(xié)名譽(yù)主席沈鵬題寫書名、向國(guó)內(nèi)外公開發(fā)行的【一代名家】大型特輯中。并授予‘人民喜愛(ài)的書畫家’榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。2017年他應(yīng)中國(guó)文化信息協(xié)會(huì)之邀有二十多幅作品入編向全球公開發(fā)行,展示中國(guó)現(xiàn)代杰出藝術(shù)大師們藝術(shù)風(fēng)采的《中華國(guó)粹.名家典藏》大型藝術(shù)典籍中。同年3月他應(yīng)炎黃九州【北京】文化藝術(shù)交流中心之邀、有十多幅書法作品入編展示中國(guó)近當(dāng)代書畫名家作品的《百年經(jīng)典》大型藝術(shù)文獻(xiàn)中。同年6月應(yīng)中國(guó)文化信息協(xié)會(huì)之邀，有二十多幅書法作品入編，有全國(guó)著名藝術(shù)家歐陽(yáng)中石、劉文西和他本人(張志毅)合編出版了《筆墨神州、藝壇圣手》書畫合集一書，并很榮幸的受邀由本人為該書題寫了書名。同年9月應(yīng)美國(guó)集郵集團(tuán)邀請(qǐng)，經(jīng)郵票評(píng)審委員會(huì)專家審核，被入選為“一代一路”文化名片-----中國(guó)藝術(shù)名家世界郵票人物。并向全球發(fā)行世界杰出華人紀(jì)念郵冊(cè)。同年10月應(yīng)華夏儒商企業(yè)文化發(fā)展交流中心邀請(qǐng)與當(dāng)代十多位書畫名家合作出版了《中國(guó)書畫領(lǐng)軍人物獻(xiàn)禮黨的十九大》特刊并授予《獻(xiàn)禮十九大書畫領(lǐng)軍大師》榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。2018年應(yīng)華夏儒商企業(yè)文化發(fā)展交流中心之邀，與全國(guó)書法大家歐陽(yáng)中石、中國(guó)著名畫家劉大為,(張志毅)三人合作出版發(fā)行了戊戌年書畫臺(tái)歷，本人受邀為臺(tái)歷題寫了《藝壇領(lǐng)袖、傳世佳作》臺(tái)歷名稱。同年2月應(yīng)中國(guó)集郵宣傳中心網(wǎng)、中國(guó)郵品研發(fā)組委會(huì)邀請(qǐng)，經(jīng)國(guó)家郵政部門審批、他的20幅書法作品成功入選向全球公開發(fā)行的“一帶一路中國(guó)夢(mèng)”限量版珍藏郵冊(cè)。同年3月經(jīng)中國(guó)新長(zhǎng)城組委會(huì)研究特別提名并對(duì)其書法作品經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格審核，他的“觀遠(yuǎn)”、“ 不到長(zhǎng)城非好漢”兩幅書法作品入選“中國(guó)新長(zhǎng)城提詞作品”,榮獲“中國(guó)長(zhǎng)城文化金獎(jiǎng)”，被授予“中國(guó)長(zhǎng)城藝術(shù)家”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。入選作品將鐫刻在中國(guó)新長(zhǎng)城景區(qū)。向國(guó)內(nèi)外旅客永久展示。

歐陽(yáng)中石1928年生于山東省泰安。早年就讀于濟(jì)南，1950年考入北京輔仁大學(xué)哲學(xué)系，再轉(zhuǎn)入北京大學(xué)哲學(xué)系邏輯專業(yè)，主修中國(guó)邏輯史，1954年畢業(yè)。畢業(yè)后在師范學(xué)校任教，后任北京師范學(xué)院邏輯學(xué)教授，兼任書法藝術(shù)專業(yè)主講。學(xué)書先從師武巖法師，后又師從吳玉如。從唐碑入手旋即轉(zhuǎn)臨北魏諸墓志;后亦曾涉足于篆、隸、甲骨、金文，尤于歐陽(yáng)詢諸碑臨池用工更勤。常作行書，從法二王，而又取勢(shì)于王。草書以王羲之、孫過(guò)庭為宗，亦得益于黃、祝點(diǎn)法。書風(fēng)妍婉秀美，瀟灑俊逸。現(xiàn)為全國(guó)政協(xié)委員、國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)藝術(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科評(píng)議組成員、文化部藝術(shù)系列美術(shù)專業(yè)高級(jí)職稱評(píng)委會(huì)委員、首都師范大學(xué)教授、博士生及博士后導(dǎo)師、中國(guó)書法文化研究所所長(zhǎng)。他治學(xué)博涉多優(yōu)，在邏輯、國(guó)學(xué)、音韻、繪畫、戲曲、文學(xué)、書法等學(xué)科都有精深的造詣，是我國(guó)著名的學(xué)者、教育家、書法家。
